Pretty much exactly as I thought it would be. Not mindblowing, not his best (though I liked it more than Inglorious Basterds), but some funny, exciting, well paced pulp. There's some great set-pieces, there's a few slightly lame parts, overall it's a much more enjoyable evening at the pictures than anything else you're likely to see at the megaplex. Good to finally see some appropriate casting of Leonardo Di Caprio as a cruel southern dandy. Christoph Waltz (who played "The Jew Hunter" in Inglorious Basterds) is excellent once again, and everyone else is purty good. I'd happily watch it again tonight...
