ON THE RADIO

I got lotsa great new stuff, old timey biz from the beale street sheiks, some cambodian 60s stuff, jimmy preacher ellis, a killer soul 45 from The Band when they were "Levon & The Hawks". Other stuff too! Also possibly a chat with king gizzard who got an album launch at the corner this satdee...

We'll also be having our October "spring clean your conscience" membership drive too, so anyone who  signs up to Stone Love during october will

a) go in the draw for the annual STONE LOVE SACK O' CRAP, full of books and cd's and LP's and 45's and various shades of crazy crap
B) go on my christmas list and get my annual christmas CD of my favourite song discoveries for that year posted to them in the mail at christmas time

IN THE WORLD

Thurs the 17th i'll be starting a new thursday night DJ residency at The Sporting Club hotel in Brunswick. Very good food there! I'll be playing from 7 till 10.

Fri the 18th i'll be DJing at the last night of the great pop up indian restaurant / cocktail bar TOMBOY HOSTS KERALA

Sat the 19th SLOW GRIND FEVER is back upstairs at the tote, with me and pierre and mohair and the red lights and smoke and the sloooooooooow motion dancing...
